Researching a Possible Issue
Reported One of Catalyst’s third-party security providers made an update to their certificate chain yesterday that has created an issue for many of their customers, including Catalyst. Our team has identified and is working on steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Some slowness has been reported in some instances. We recommend you update to the version of the app 21.7.17. This should help your experience and increase stability. Depending on device settings some may update automatically, and others will need to manually update it or have their company’s IT personal update
